How It Works

1. Enter your email details

Enter the recipient email address. Optionally add a subject line and body text to pre-fill the message.

2. Customize the QR code

Add your logo, choose colors, and pick a frame — match the QR code to your brand or campaign.

3. Add to print or digital materials

Download and place on business cards, brochures, posters, or email signatures. Scanning opens the email app instantly.

Use Cases

Customer Feedback Forms

Place a QR code on receipts or packaging. Scanning opens an email to your support address with the subject "Feedback" — customers send feedback in seconds.

Event Follow-Up

Print a QR code on conference materials. Attendees scan to email you directly with the subject pre-filled as the event name.

Contact & Inquiry Forms

Add an email QR code to product packaging or brochures so customers can reach you without hunting for a contact page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pre-fill the subject and body of the email?

Yes. The QR code encodes a mailto: link that includes the recipient address, subject line, and body text. When scanned, the default email app opens with all fields pre-filled.

Does the email QR code work with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. On mobile, scanning the QR code opens whichever email app is set as the default — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and others all handle mailto: links correctly.

Is the email address visible in the QR code?

The email address is encoded in the QR code data. Someone determined enough to decode it could read it, but it won't be visible to the naked eye when printed.

Can I track how many times the QR code was scanned?

Static email QR codes cannot be tracked. Use a dynamic QR code that redirects to a mailto: link — dynamic codes include built-in scan analytics.
